Solution 1.   Update your Network Adapter driver software

One of the very first things you should do is to update your Network Adapter driver software. Sometimes to save or to minimize data usage, you’d have to disable auto-updating, then at a point, the driver utility programs in our PC gets outdated and causing one problem or another in the PC.
So to get yourself out of this issue, make sure that the driver software in your PC is up to date. Then after performing the upgrades and you are still experiencing the same issue, then try exploring solution 2 below

After the first solution which is to update your network adapter drivers didn’t solve the problem, then the next thing to do is to use one of the windows 10 troubleshooting tools that is specially meant for troubleshooting network and connectivity related tools to run diagnostics and find out out a the cause of the problem and a possible solution. 
We’ll be using the Windows Network Adapter Troubleshooter, all you have to do is just follow these steps below. Pull up the Control Panel >>> All Control Panel Items >>> Troubleshooting >>> Network and Internet. 

Or you can just pull up the control panel, type in trouble in the search bar and then the same results in the screenshot above will be made available. This troubleshooting tool will then search your PC for and then try and fix any issue(s) it detects,

Solution 3.   Try Changing The Wireless Adapter Settings

So, unfortunately, the first solution which is to update your driver software didn’t fix the problem, then you tried running troubleshooting and diagnostics and it still wasn’t fixed. Then the next and probably the last solution left to explore is to do a little tweaking to you the settings of your Windows 10 wireless adapter, and make sure that your network adapter driver software are top of their games, to do so, 
✓   Pull up the Network and Sharing Center from the control panel. or Right-click on the Wifi icon located on your taskbar and Open Network and Sharing Center.
✓   Locate Change Adapter Settings which is usually on the left side of the window.
✓   From this place (Control PanelNetwork and InternetNetwork Connections), you’ll see the various wireless connections in the PC like Bluetooth and the rest, now locate the active Wi-Fi connection your PC is currently connected to and then right-click on it., then select Properties.
✓   Now from the properties window, locate Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) It is usually the third or the second to the last in the list, now click it open and uncheck it to disable IPv6.

If these 3 solutions still didn’t work for you, then you may be looking at the possibility that your PC’s WiFi adapter is screwed and probably need replacement or the entire PC if need be. But before you get on with the replacing, there might be one tiny solution that is worth exploring. So if you ain’t jaded yet with trying to fix no internet secured error in Windows, try implementing this one last soluting.

Solution 4.   Delete the Network Adapter Completely

This is just a thing I accidentally discovered in Windows, then I learned that its been there for a while now. Whenever a particular hardware is malfunctioning due to driver related issues, completely delete/uninstall that driver seems to have worked so far for me.
So in the same manner, try to completely delete the Network Adapter so that Windows adds it anew on the next start of the system. To uninstall a driver,
Press Win+X on your keyboard and select Device Manager, or Right-click on the My Computer Icon on the desktop background and select on Properties, then select Device Manager from the option on the right-hand side of the screen.
✓   Now from the device manager, locate and expand the device you’d want to uninstall, right-click on it and then select Uninstall.
✓   From the Uninstall dialog that shows up on your computer screen, make sure to check theDelete the driver software for this device option to remove the Network driver package from your PC completely. It’ll ask for a reboot after the uninstallation has been completed but select NO.
✓   Now still on the Device Manager, find the Action menu of Device Manager, click on Scan for Hardware changes and all Microsoft Windows to do its thing.
Finally, when the network driver installation process is complete, restart your computer and hopefully, the no internet secured is gone and you have fixed the no internet secured
